A more structured approach to metabolic health and healthy ageing
Your health is rarely about one number, one symptom or one intervention.
HealthMatters Group has partnered with L-Nutra Health to provide structured programmes that bring together fasting-mimicking nutrition with assessment, nutrition support, monitoring and clinical oversight where appropriate.
Whether your focus is healthy ageing, metabolic health or a more complex metabolic condition, the starting point is understanding what is appropriate for you.
Looking beyond individual symptoms
Metabolic health, energy, weight, sleep, stress, eating behaviour and long-term wellbeing can all influence one another.
That is why HealthMatters has never believed that healthcare should sit in isolated boxes.
Our work with L-Nutra gives us another structured pathway for selected clients who want to understand and support their health over a longer period – combining a defined nutritional programme with the wider clinical and behavioural support that may be appropriate for them.
Metabolic health
A healthier metabolism to support long-term wellbeing.
Better energy
More consistent energy throughout daily life.
Improved sleep and lower stress
Supporting better rest and greater resilience.
Healthier ageing
A stronger foundation for a healthier future.
Three different pathways
Structured programmes, with the right level of support, for different goals and needs.

3-Month Longevity / Healthy Ageing Programme
A shorter structured programme for people interested in healthy ageing, healthspan and becoming more proactive about their future health.
The focus is not simply on weight. It is on creating a period of structured attention around nutrition, metabolic wellbeing and the habits that support longer-term health.
Best suited to: people approaching their health proactively rather than waiting for a problem to develop.

6-Month Metabolic Health Programme
A more comprehensive pathway for people who want structured support around metabolic health, weight, blood glucose regulation, appetite, energy and related health markers.
The programme combines periodic fasting-mimicking nutrition and assessment of blood biomarkers with professional support and monitoring.
Best suited to: people who want more structure, measurement and support than a standalone nutrition intervention.

12-Month Advanced Metabolic Programme
A longer programme for people whose metabolic health requires greater clinical oversight and a more sustained approach.
The pathway includes additional medical assessment and monitoring, alongside the blood biomarkers, nutrition coaching and periodic fasting-mimicking nutrition..
Best suited to: eligible people requiring a more clinically supported metabolic programme.
PARTNERSHIP

Programme structure meets whole-person care
L-Nutra Health brings the fasting-mimicking nutrition technology and structured programme framework.
HealthMatters brings more than 20 years of experience helping people understand the wider factors influencing their health – including nutrition, behaviour, psychology and lifestyle.
Together, the aim is to make each fasting-mimicking cycle part of a broader, more considered health plan.
That means understanding whether the programme is appropriate, what outcomes matter most, how to support health between cycles, and how any progress can be sustained over the longer term.
A clear and supportive process
From initial exploration to ongoing support, we’ll guide you through each step.

Is an L-Nutra programme right for you?
Fasting-mimicking programmes are not appropriate for everyone. Your health history, medications, current health, relationship with food and other individual factors may affect whether a programme is suitable.
That is why we believe assessment comes before intervention – have a discovery call with our team, who can answer any questions you have and discuss your suitability for the programmes.
The aim is not to place everybody into a programme. It is to help each person understand whether one of these programmes genuinely fits their health needs.
